TN WRD Procurement Specialist Educational Qualification:
| 1. Procurement Specialist – B.E.Civil, with MBA. (General), or ME.,
Experience: a) 12 years of experience in procurement /construction and project management in at least 2 projects, (of which one project is an irrigation or water sector project) b) experience working on at least one project, financed through an MDB, in the last five years |
| 2. Environmental Specialist – B.E.Civil, with MBA. (General), or ME., or M.sc (Environmental)
Experience: a) 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering projects on Environmental impact assessment with compliance & monitoring experience during project construction in at least 2 projects (of which one project is an irrigation or water sector project) b) experience of working as an Environmental Specialist on at least one project financed through an MDB, in last five years, M.B.A., in Environmental is also preferable |
| 3. Social Specialist – M.S.W or M.A (Social)with M.Phil
Experience: a) 10 years of experience on Civil Engineering projects in social impact assessment, public consultations, with ESMP/RPF/RAP compliance & monitoring experience during project construction in at least 2 projects (of which one project is an irrigation or water sector project) b) experience of working as a Social Specialist on at least one project (during project implementation), which was financed through an MDB, in last five years |
| 4. Financial Specialist – M.Com.,or M.B.A (Finance) or C.A or I.C.W.A
Experience: a) 10 Years of Experience in the financial analysis field as a Financial Specialist in at least 2 projects, b) experience in performing financial analysis and planning functions and activities in India’s public sector, preferably about large-scale infrastructure investment and/or infrastructure asset management financing matters. |
Age Limit: Age should not be exceeded 45years as on 30.11.2021
